The SAK Youth Ministries and Kelab Pathfinder Sarawak held their Annual General Meeting 2026 with the presence of 90 Master Guides and leaders from all over Sarawak. The meeting was a special time of sharing, planning, and renewal as leaders came together with one heart to serve and guide young people in the mission.
The meeting covered several important matters, including the Youth Ministries Report from 2022 to 2025, the election of the Kelab Pathfinder Sarawak leadership, and the appointment of SAK Youth Ministries Coordinators for the years 2026 to 2030. These sessions helped the leaders reflect on past blessings and prepare carefully for the work ahead.
New leaders for Kelab Pathfinder Sarawak were elected during the meeting. Master Guide Chan Tin Loi was elected as President, supported by Master Guide Rudae Minuk as Vice President. Master Guide Ratnah Jaulin was appointed Secretary, and Master Guide Valarea Hansoo as Treasurer. The appointed members are Master Guide Sherilyn Aida, Master Guide Junwatson, Master Guide Eric Sanjay, and Master Guide Sawai Akin, together with the Zon Leaders, who will support Pathfinder ministry across Sarawak.
The meeting also confirmed the coordinators for various ministries. Master Guide Albert Maon was appointed as Master Guide Coordinator, Master Guide Wilson Somulu for Pathfinder, and Master Guide Fiffy Tiffaney for Adventurer. Other coordinators included Master Guide Timothy Su’wai for Senior Youth Leader and Young Professionals, MIT Dexifenarie Gelolilen for the Bible Reading Project, Master Guide Eric Sanjay for Voice of Youth, Rozalia Francis for Young Missionary Training and OYIM, Ester Jameswell for Public Campus, and Master Guide Gibson Sumbang as Media Platform leader with a team of dedicated volunteers. These committed individuals have willingly stepped forward to serve and disciple the young people of Sarawak.
In his message, Pastor Semilee Tajau, President of the SAK Mission, shared that Pathfinder is about courage and the decisions we make. He reminded the leaders of Daniel, who showed courage by choosing to obey God rather than popularity. This message encouraged leaders to remain faithful and strong in their calling.
In conclusion, the Annual General Meeting 2026 marked a new chapter for SAK Youth Ministries and Kelab Pathfinder Sarawak. With dedicated leaders in place and a clear vision ahead, the church continues to pray for their strength, wisdom, courage, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit as they serve the Lord and disciple young people throughout Sarawak.
