The Club Ministry Training Program is an important program within the Seventh-day Adventist Church that focuses on producing leaders for youth and children’s ministries. The course’s goal is to prepare participants to mentor and inspire the next generation of students via spiritual growth, character development, and leadership development. Pathfinders and Adventurers clubs offer structured environments for young people to develop their religion and life skills and participate in activities such as Bible study, community service, and outdoor experiences. This curriculum prepares leaders for effective youth ministry.

The three-day Sarawak training addressed 22 fundamental topics, with an emphasis on responsibilities like Counsellor, Secretary-Treasurer, and Director. These seminars provided practical teaching on administrative tasks, financial management, and leadership responsibilities, allowing participants to have a better understanding of their primary functions. In addition, six seasoned speakers shared valuable insights into spiritual leadership, team development, and successful communication. The training emphasized the need for teamwork and spiritual mentorship inside the club, as well as building operational skills.

The training event established in participants a sense of community and teamwork, enabling them to develop stronger leadership skills, better administrative practices, and a greater commitment to spiritual guidance. The curriculum stressed the importance of spiritual leadership and ensured that leaders could assist young people in their faith journeys while also supporting Pathfinder ministries. This training helped leaders better prepare to create situations in which young people can grow spiritually and emotionally.

This event was a key milestone for Pathfinder and Adventurer ministry in Sarawak since it supplied the necessary funding for future growth and development. The training contributed to the organization’s future success by giving leaders the tools they needed to better manage the group and foster spiritual growth. The training not only empowered leaders but also helped them build stronger, more successful ministries for youth.

Finally, the Club ministry Training event in Sarawak gave valuable experience to Pathfinder leaders in Sarawak. It combined practical training with spiritual guidance to help people grow personally and professionally. This event demonstrated the Seventh-day Adventist Church’s ongoing commitment to developing strong, capable leaders who can accompany students on their Christian journeys, ensuring the Pathfinder  and adventurer ministry and its mission in Sarawak’s long-term viability.
