People from many churches across the region joined the meetings.
From September 8 to 13, 2025, the Bintulu Seventh-day Adventist Church became a center of revival and hope through the Bintulu Region Evangelism as part of the Sarawak Harvest 2025. Each evening, about 300 adults gathered, and on Sabbath the number grew to 488, including children. The church was filled with worship, prayers, and messages that called people to stand firm in their faith and prepare for Christ’s soon return.

The sermons, led by Pr. Dr. Elfri Darlin Sinaga, were rooted in the everlasting gospel. The themes reminded the congregation of urgent truths: Jesus the Savior will come again, the hour of judgment has come, glorify God in every part of life, fear and worship the Creator, Babylon has fallen, and remain faithful by keeping God’s commandments and having faith in Jesus. These powerful messages touched the hearts of many and challenged them to choose loyalty to God above all else.
People from many churches across the region joined the meetings, including members from Bintulu, Setulan, Seterus, Semanok, Samarakan, Bukit Batu, Tatau, Batu Bom, Biban, Engkeranji, Stusur, Pasir Nangka, Biban, Tekalit, Andau Arip, Ulu Arip, Gerenjang, Bukit Tabau, Daerah Tatau, Daerah Luar Bandar Bintulu, Daerah Arip and Sebauh. It was a gathering of believers from villages and towns near and far, united in the hope of salvation. Together they sang, prayed, and listened to the Word, finding encouragement to live faithfully despite challenges.

The week also saw inspiring appeals from different leaders. Pr. Elfri reminded the people, “The decision to remain faithful and surrender to God is in your hands. Truly, living as a genuine Christian is not easy, but we must remember that God is always with us when we believe.” Pr. Semilee added, “For those of us who have already received the Lord, we must bring others to accept Jesus as Savior and continue to shine wherever we are, especially in our own communities.” These words encouraged the congregation to live as witnesses for Christ.

One of the greatest highlights was the baptism of 59 souls, led by Pr. Andrew Ganya, Ministerial Secretary of the Seventh-day Adventist Mission of Sarawak. The service marked a new beginning for many who chose to dedicate their lives to Christ. Supported by pastors and leaders such as Pr. Chan Tin Loi, Pr. Ham, Yvonne Jabeng, Pr. Deklenz David, Pr. Rony Latip, and others, the meetings were a testimony of teamwork and devotion. Special thanks go to the Bintulu Region Evangelism team and committee for their commitment before, during, and after the event. Truly, it was a week of blessing and harvest that will be remembered for years to come.
